What is the 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge?
The 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge is personal training programme combined with a nutrition plan designed to help you blast fat, tone muscle and shape your body. As part of the Body Transformation Challenge, you will get 2 Personal Training sessions a week for the first four weeks and 3 sessions for the last two weeks. On top of this your will be performing 3 x half hour sessions by your self (don’t worry, you will be told exactly what to do!)
Every session is designed around you, and will maximize fat metabolism; you will be performing high intensity ‘big movement’ exercises that, not only burn a massive amount of calories during the session, but also carry on burning calories for the whole 24 hours after the session, (Even when slumped on the sofa, watching TV!)
Personalized Nutritional Programme
At the moment, your body will be using carbohydrates as its preferred fuel source meaning it will be burning the carbs that you consume and store, before burning the body fat you want to lose! And with the ‘Western’ diet being crammed full of nutritionally poor processed carbs, you can be sure that your body is excellent at holding on to that unwanted body fat!
The nutrition programme is designed to fine tune your body into metabolizing (burning) fat. During this programme, fat will be your main fuel source, and your body will adapt and become efficient at actively seeking out body fat to use as energy, meaning that your body will literally be transformed into a fat burning machine! . This programme, will ensure that your fired up metabolism will continue to burn fat, and it will also support a demanding exercise schedule.
Consultation/ Body Composition analysis
The initial consultation is built to determine exactly what your goals are, and what drives you towards achieving them. During this session, we will look at your health, exercise and nutritional history and also conduct a body composition analysis, where we will measure your body fat percentage and general fitness.
Body Transformation Programme Design
Using the information from the initial consultation, a personalized 6 week exercise programme is designed. The programme will be built around progressive periodization to ensure that your results don’t plateau and that you body will constantly improve. It will consist of the sessions that you will conduct with Mark, as well as sessions that you will perform on your own. The programme is specifically built to ensure that you are burning the most amount of calories possible. Combined with your personalized nutritional schedule, your body will be burning fat at an alarming rate!

What We Expect From You
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be superman to book a place on this programme! In fact you don’t need any prior fitness level whatsoever, as we will design the programme around your fitness levels and experience levels, and adjust the exercise difficulty accordingly.
However, this does not mean this is going to be an easy 6 weeks, it will be far from it. We’re not going to lie and tell you that as long as you come to your sessions now and again, and ‘kind of’ stick to your nutrition schedule, and put a ‘some’ effort in, you will obtain fantastic results, because you probably won’t.
The 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge will take 100% effort and complete dedication, therefore it is not for everyone.
For at least the first 14 days of the challenge you cannot eat processed foods or consume alcohol.
You will have to to complete every session including the sessions performed on your own, there is 168 hours in a week, surely you can find 5-6 hours to improve your body and life?

How was the Challenge created?
The 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge was designed and built by fat loss and body transformation expert Mark Poole.
Below, Mark explains how the programme was born after his experience of suffering a horrific knee injury meaning he couldn’t exercise for 18 months:
“When I was forced to take a break from exercise, I suffered from depression. During this time, my diet took a big hit! I was comfort eating more and more to make myself feel better (which actually ended up making me feel worse) and I knew my weight was creeping up. But it wasn’t until I looked at my holiday photos, that I realized exactly how much fat I had put on, by the end I had put on over 3 stone.
