You have signed up to the February start which will be commencing as of 26th Feb - we will be having a measurements day on Saturday 24th in the morning from 10.30am - we will contact you directly to book you in 🙂
This page has all the information, starter packs and forms for you to get going.
PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS THOROUGHLY
This page is split into a few sections.
Step 1: Sign up to the Booking System
Step 2: Info (address, parking, facebook group etc.)
Step 3: Download you Starter Packs and Nutrition Plans!
Here is the link to sign up to the Booking System. Please book your first week of sessions on the Saturday the 24th February.
E.g. this weekend you would book your sessions for next week. And next weekend you would book your sessions for the week after.
Click the link below and click "buy" membership for £0.
Once you have done that it will ask you if you have an account. Click the option "no I need an account"
fill in the details and when you are done it will allow you to click onto schedule and start booking the sessions. (but please don't start booking sessions until the Saturday before you first week, and then going forwards keep booking each Saturday)
However, for now you can still set yourself up on the booking system so you're all ready to go!
Step 2 - Info
Here's the link for the Facebook Members Only Support Group - use it as a bit of extra accountability, so feel free to post pics of your healthy food, any awesome recipes you come across, anything motivational or funny, any awesome results you get etc. ALSO we put a load of important info on the group page so make sure you join it! ADDRESS: Our Unit is at 26a Virginia Street PR8 6RZ - next left after Lidl (can't miss the big sign) please see parking below.
We have 2 small carparks at the unit, one directly in front of it and one diagonally opposite on the stoned carpark. Next door to the unit is The Warehouse Gym and in front of there is staff parking. Please do not park in these places.
You can also park on Ainsdale Car Centres forecourt providing it is outside the hours of 8.30 and 5.30pm.
We also have the Lidl carpark next door and the entrance road to the Lidl carpark leading up to Johnson paint centre is a public road so feel free to park all along that curb.
PLEASE BE AWARE OUR EVENING SESSIONS ARE STAGGERED SO YOU MAY BLOCK OR BE BLOCKED IN YOURSELF IF YOU PARK IN OUR CARPARKS - TO AVOID THIS PARK IN THE LIDL CARPARK NEXT DOOR (along the curb on the right hand side)
Please come ten minutes early to your first session, all you will need it bring is a bottle of water and just wear something you are comfortable exercising in.
What happens when the 6 weeks is up?
When you get to the end of the 6 weeks, (and if you are getting some awesome results) we will give you the option of starting a longer term programme with us to take the next step towards reaching your goal. Towards the end of the 6 week programme we will discuss what programmes will be available. However this will only apply to the ladies who are putting the effort in!
But for now let's just focus on absolutely smashing the next 6 weeks and giving it your all - if you work hard, you will get amazing results
We will be in contact with you to arrange measurements which will be on the weekend before our first week, we will let you know a time 🙂
