Hi I'm Mark

I am the owner and founder of Blast Bootcamp, and yes I’ve been there too! (that’s a before/after picture of me on the right)

I started Blast Bootcamp to help men get into the best shape of their lives, in an fun, supportive atmosphere.

My vision was to create a place where men came and enjoyed exercise for the first time whilst also getting incredible results!

Our guys love the atmosphere and community so much that most will continue you with us  for many months/years!

 

What is the 6 week programme all about?

This is designed for guys aged 30-55 who want to lose weight, get in great shape but are stuck in rut (or huge crater) when it comes to health and fitness.  Simply speaking, our flagship 6 week programme is a kick up the arse!

We have designed this programme so that you not only get great noticeable results during your 6 weeks, but also a huge increase in confidence with fitness & nutrition. So that by the time you finish, not only have you lost weight and built some muscle, but you have the know-how and motivation to continue a new healthy lifestyle for the long term. At which point, you can continue you fitness journey with us or do it by yourself.

The mistake people make in the gym is they plod along with the same old session, bit of treadmill, bit of rower, few weights, rinse and repeat.

 

To get the best results, and to stop your body adapting to the training stimulus, you need to be pushing your body in different ways in every session, which is exactly what we do!

The Fit-Band System

We are always looking for new ways to challenge & motivate our members

So after months of planning and design we have just launched our Fit-Band system.

They basically work in the same manner as martial arts belts, in the respect that you have to do achieve certain criteria to acquire the first band, and the next band is slight harder, and next one after that is slight harder and so on. Except we are awarding rubber wrist band rather than belts!

This is a fantastic way to measure overall fitness levels & progress and get our clients to improve in everything, both strengths and weaknesses.

How do I sign up and grab a place?

If you are on this page then you have already sent an application form through to us.

Our director, Mark, will be going through the application forms each day and picking out the ones which appear to be a good fit for the bootcamp.

He will then arrange to call the applicants and have a chat about goals etc. aswell as explaining the entire 6 week programme process and make a decision as to whether the applicatant is a good fit and will get amazing results. If so, they will be offered a place on to the programme!

So look out for a text! (you will also be text if not successful this time.)

    Men over the age of 30 that are NOT already in awesome shape.

    This is about targeting fat loss – specifically from around the stomach, arm and thigh area. For men that want to get their body confidence back and rediscover their passion for life.

  • q-iconWhat is the 6 Week Programme About?

    Come along to 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. 

    We will monitor your fitness, and track your weight and body fat % along the way.

    You will be looked after by a Personal Trainer every step of the way and will receive loads of guidance!

    The sessions get progressively get harder as the weeks go on so that by week 6 you will be amazed at how much fitter and stronger you are.

     

    Full nutrition plan, starter packs, recipe books etc. to help blast that weight off.

    Fat loss  – between 12lbs and 21lbs.

    We have 5am, 6am and 6pm sessions available please see above.

    We accept people of all fitness levels as we level the exercises up and down depending on your fitness. (as long as you are safe to exercise i.e. no medical conditions that contraindicate vigorous exercise)

    We get loads of guys who are completely out of shape! (some haven’t exercised at all, in their adult life!)

    We let everyone go at the own pace. You may notice men that are super fit and doing loads more than you. But what you need to remember is when these men started they would of been just as unfit as you!

    By the end of your 6 weeks you will be shocked at how much your fitness and strength have improved!
