For those who want one to one training. This is a much more personalised approach with the exercise programme and nutrition programme designed entirely around you goals, needs and preferences. As well as a comprehensive body composition and fitness assessment to ensure we have the right foundation set to be able to set goals, measure progress and reassess.
If you have a hard time sticking to the gym, or group classes then the added accountability of personal training means this might be the best option for you.
