Personal Training
Choose to do 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.
Close 1 to 1 support from you own dedicated Personal Trainer.
Entire Ladies Fitness Centre to just yourself and your trainer.
Sessions and programme designed around you and your goals.
Nutrition, motivation, goals and measurement tracking
Typical results: 2-3 stones lost, belly/arms/back and bum toned/ fitness and confidence exploded!
