Nutrition Covered

Full meal plan and guidance provided. Amazing for burning fat and giving you energy all day.

Training Covered

Come along to our fully equipped fitness centre and have our amazing personal trainers lead you through the entire session. Session are varied fun and challenging. All fitness levels catered for.

Support Covered

Your very own personal trainer will support you through the entire programme inside and outside of the sessions. Measurements are taken and tracked, your fitness is tracked and we will do our very best to make sure you stay motivated and smash your goals.

About Us

Personalised training for the fraction of the price of a normal 121 Personal Trainer.

 It is like having your very own personal trainer with the added benefit of having the support and motivation of a small group of like minded ladies. (at a fraction of the cost of hiring a one2one trainer) Sessions will be between 2 and 5 people maximum.
This is designed for ladies who want to lose weight and tone up all of the problem areas such as belly, bum and arms and for those who need that bit of extra support and guidance of having a supportive personal trainer.
Our super star personal trainers, Christine and Mark, will be supporting you every step of the way, in and out of sessions to make sure you are staying on track and getting amazing results.
They will be holding you accountable with fortnightly check ins and will help make sure you progress with your fat loss, body toning and fitness. They will be designing fun and effective sessions for you at our fully equipped ladies fitness centre.
Expect to lose 1-2 stone/dress sizes and a huge boost in health (mentally and phsyically).

We have 6am, 8.15am and 7pm sessions available.


Session last 1 hour.


And are held at our Ladies fitness centre on Virginia Street Southport.


Pricing and availability.

You can choose either 1,2 or 3 sessions per week for our 8 week transformation programme. 

The programmes will work out at only around £12 per session.
