We are looking for ladies who:
*Burn lots of fat
*Lose weight (a stone or more)

*Have a huge boost and a kickstart into a wonderful healthy lifestyle.
START FROM THE 2nd NOVEMBER (very limited spaces left)
Full meal plan and guidance provided. Amazing for burning fat and giving you energy all day.
Come along to our fully equipped fitness centre and have our amazing personal trainers lead you through the entire session. Session are varied fun and challenging. All fitness levels catered for.
Your very own personal trainer will support you through the entire programme inside and outside of the sessions. Measurements are taken and tracked, your fitness is tracked and we will do our very best to make sure you stay motivated and smash your goals.
Personalised training for the fraction of the price of a normal 121 Personal Trainer.
We have 6am, 8.15am and 7pm sessions available.
Session last 1 hour.
And are held at our Ladies fitness centre on Virginia Street Southport.

You can choose either 1,2 or 3 sessions per week for our 8 week transformation programme.
The programmes will work out at only around £12 per session.
