Step 4: Come along to your Welcome Meeting (this is mandatory!)

We are holding a welcome meeting for all of the new ladies starting the 6 week Programme on the 26th June at 11.15am.

You will meet all of the coaches (including your personal accountability coach) as well as all of the the other new ladies starting along side you.

You will be able to ask any questions you have and we will also be showing you a short presentation on how to set yourself up for long term success and get the very best results out of your 6 weeks!

We will also be taking your measurements and before/after pics (so please wear something relatively tight fitting
